Weekly Tariff

 
Long term rentals can be accommodated by arrangement, contact us for details.      

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Bookings may be made by phone, fax or e-mail and should be confirmed within 2 weeks by payment of a deposit of 25% of the total rental. The balance of the rental is to be paid 2 calendar months prior to your visit. A deposit of £50 is required to cover damage, breakages, excess electricity etc. This is returned within 3 weeks of the end of your visit.

Rental includes average consumption of electricity and water. (5000 litres of water and 60 units of electricity) Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. We advise that you take appropriate travel insurance, to include cancellation cover at the time of booking.
